BETHLEHEM — The Eagles girls lacrosse team moved to 3-0 on the season with a hard-fought, 8-7 win over Shaker on Tuesday, April 5.
Kaitlyn Tietjen led Bethlehem with three goals while Avery Eick had two. Maeve Conway had a goal and two assists, Sophie Klein had a goal and an assist and Julia Weinert had a goal.
Lauren McCulloch had three goals and an assist for Shaker while Olivia Papa had two goals and an assist. Lauren O’Hagen had a goal and an assist and Jenna Pollicino chipped in a goal.
Emily Bette had nine saves for Shaker (0-1) while Riley Donovan had three for Bethlehem.
Bethlehem will play at Saratoga on Thursday, April 7 and play a non-league game against Marcelus at UAlbany on Monday April 11. Shaker will host Averill Park on Thursday, April 7 and play at Ballston Spa on Tuesday, April 12.
