COLONIE – Following a traffic stop on the Northway, State Police troopers arrested two New York City men for drug possession.
According to the State Police, on Dec. 11, troopers stopped being driven by 18-year-old Brandon Palacios and noticed an odor of marijuana.
A search of the vehicle found Palacios and his passenger, 20-year-old Emmanuel Medina, in possession of 4.6 ounces of marijuana.
The two were transported to the barracks, charged with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of marijuana and released on ticket to appear in Colonie Town Court.
