Niskayuna’s Ryan Tauss was one of six boys soccer players from New York that were named NSCAA High School All-Americans last week.
Tauss who committed to play for West Virginia University next year scored three goals and added seven assists for the Silver Warriors, who finished third in the Suburban Council North Division standings and reached the Section II Class AA semifinals before losing to Saratoga Springs.
Joining Tauss on the All-American list from New York are Ryan Schroen (Clarence), Brian Ward (Fayetteville-Manlius), Donovan Fraser (Half Hollow Hills West), Hiroki Kobayashi (Scarsdale) and Tim Parker (Hicksville).“
