On Wednesday, Sept. 23, the Schenectady County Legislature voted unanimously (14 0 with 1 absent) to approve the 2010 county budget that includes a 2.13% tax cut and 3.95% reduction in the County’s full value tax rate, the lowest tax rate in more than 50 years.
