We’ve got two infant-related offerings on our calendar this month. The first is a two-part “Baby & Me Yoga” class for both mothers and their little ones, providing a gentle way to bond, play, and relax together. Moms will learn stretching techniques focusing on core and pelvic floor exercises. Babies will benefit from this special time together as well. Classes will be held via Zoom in two sessions on Monday, March 21 and 28, at 2:30 p.m., and are ideal for infants ages 3 months and up. Please sign up on the Events tab of our website for each class.
The second item is a baby activity kit, focused on sensory play. It’s well known that playing together helps babies’ brains and bodies grow, and provides opportunities for little ones and their caregivers to bond, too. Sign up to receive your kit, geared for ages 6-24 months, on the Events tab of our website, then pick it up Tuesday, March 29 through Sunday, April 3.
