“Say Ahhhh!”
Taking your mask off these days feels a little bit strange…we get it! Unfortunately, we still haven’t figured out a way to complete your dental work through a face covering. Until then, we have dedicated ourselves to making our space and our procedures as safe as possible.
We closed our office for about two and a half months to treat strictly emergencies and we worked hard during that time to think through every possible way we could keep our team and our patients protected. We know how important our dental health is to our overall health, and we are so happy to be available to continue to provide excellent care for our patients in a safe environment.
You won’t be able to see our team members’ smiles behind all of their protective gear, but we hope you feel the warmth of their smiles nonetheless! For all of our protection, team members’ temperatures are taken daily and you’ll see several differences in everyone’s attire.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice that we are limiting the flow of patients through the office at any given time. We also kindly ask patients to avoid bringing guests unless they need assistance.
When you arrive, you will call to let us know you are here and a team member will come out to ask you screening questions and take your temperature. You will be escorted directly into your treatment room.
If you are in need of a mask, we will provide one and ask that you wear it on your way in and out of the treatment room.
In the treatment rooms and main spaces you’ll observe air purifiers, custom glass barriers, and newly installed glass doors. Additionally, we have invested in extra-oral suction units which act to reduce aerosols.
Any commonly touched surfaces are disinfected between every patient. We even have biodegradable pens available for you if you need to fill out any forms, and we ask that you please take them with you after!
We have left no stone unturned in our efforts to keep our team and our patients safe. We know you will feel comfortable and confident next time you come in – we are looking forward to seeing you!
