GLENMONT – Hot Harry’s customers this Thursday, May 5, can enter to win a free burrito each week for a year.

Ten customers to the Glenmont burrito restaurant will be chosen as winners. Entry forms are available in-store only.

As well, the first 76 customers to enter the store on the day will receive Cinco de Mayo-themed Hot Harry’s T-shirts.

Hot Harry’s is located at 365 Feura Bush Road, Glenmont, inside the Shopping Centre plaza. It opens daily at 9 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m.

Mini burritos, available with chicken or beef filling, normally priced at $6.25, will be on sale for $3 for the Mexican holiday. Chips and salsa are included in the price.

The local restaurant has recently been subject to growing competition from their new neighbors: Moe’s Southwest Grill, which opened across the street in January.

At the opening of the franchised restaurant’s Glenmont location, the first 50 customers received free burritos for a year, so Hot Harry’s latest marketing campaign should feel very familiar to residents.

Well over 50 people waited in line at Moe’s for the opening celebration, with at least five of those individuals waiting in the cold through the night to receive the deal. By 8:30 a.m. there were well over 50 people waiting in line.

Hot Harry’s operates at three locations in the Capital District, including locations in East Greenbush and Schenectady. Ten winners will be chosen at each location.
