SCHAGHTICOKE — The temperature was hot, but the music was cool, as Prospector’s Restaurant hosted BluesFest 2016 on Saturday, Sept. 10.

The featured acts of Midnight Riders, Emerald City and Average Bear Band got visitors dancing underneath the big, white tent at the inaugural one-day festival.
