LATHAM – Restaurateurs and spectators attended the 23rd Annual Rock For Tots benefitting USMC Capital Region Toys For Tots at Philly Bar & Lounge on Saturday, Nov. 18. Music was provided by Flame, Harmony Rocks, and Watchdog, along with raffle prizes, 50/50, toy donations, and News 8 WROC Morning Anchor Mikhaela Singleton hosted the event.
