NIGHT 

Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company

The Egg – Saturday, May 5

ALBANY — The Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company will perform at The Egg on Saturday, May 5 at 8 p.m.

The company mixes classic pieces with original work, and will perform two pieces by Leonard Bernstein to honor the centennial of his birth. This event is part of the ongoing Dance in Albany put on by The Egg and The University at Albany Performing Arts Center.

Tickets for this event are $25. For tickets and more information visit www.theegg.org

The Egg is located in the Empire State Plaza.

GameFest 2018

Troy Atrium – Saturday, May 5

TROY — Rennselear’s annual GameFest will be at the Troy Atrium on Saturday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The event will showcase student projects, and will have music and keynote speaker Chelsea Hash, the winner of the Best Narrative prize in the annual Game Awards. Other speakers and events will include topics of the entrepreneurship  and indie development of games.

This event is free and open to the public.

The Troy Atrium is located at 4 3rd St. in Troy.
