The Bethlehem hockey team rallied from a 5-2 deficit to edge Plattsburgh 6-5 in overtime in Friday’s non-league game at the Bethlehem Area YMCA.
The Eagles (6-11-1) scored three times in the third period to force the extra period, where they got the game-winning goal.
Zach Flagler had a hat trick and an assist to lead Bethlehem’s rally. Chris Caswell and Steven Zayas each contributed a goal and an assist, and goaltender Carl Cusack made 20 saves.
The Eagles travel to the Albany County Hockey Facility Tuesday to meet Shaker/Colonie in a Capital District High School Hockey League game.
