SPOTTED: Bethlehem girls bowling team falls to Columbia

BETHLEHEM — The girls bowling team fell to Columbia by a total pin count of 2999 to 2740 on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Del Lanes.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the teams bowled at their respective home lanes and the scores were compared after the fact.

Maddie Robbins led the Eagles with a high game of 214 and with a 212 and 169 finished the day with a three-game series of 595. Her teammate, Amanda Burek, rolled a 226, 187 and 168 for a series of 581 while Caitlin Dubin had a 179, 173 and 166 for a 518 series and Alyssa Rehbun had a 158, 156 and 137 for a series of 452.

Columbia was led by Lilly Brown with a high game of 228 and a series of 609 and Cierra Gabriel, who had a high game of 184 for a 541 series.
