BETHLEHEM – The Eagles won their final home game of the season in convincing fashion, beating Niskayuna/Schenectady 6-0.
Bethlehem finishes the regular season with an undefeated 11-0-2 record and 15-3-2 overall. It will likely get a No. 1 seed in post-season play which should start next week.
Matt Bievenue scored in the first period on an assist by Henry Kopplin and Ben LaVigne. Captain Thomas Liebold scored the next two, the first unassisted and the second with help from Justin Chenaille and Bievenue.
Chenaille then found the back of the net on an assist by Liebold, and Avery Miller scored on an assist by Scarlett and Marsh for the fifth goal. Liebold got his hat trick to round out Bethlehem scoring on an assist by Chenaille and Mike Bievenue.
