SPOTTED: Bethlehem boys finish off the regular season on a high note

BETHLEHEM – The Eagles, on senior night, finished off the regular season on a high note by beating Columbia 67-58.

The two squads will square off again in the first round of Sectional play on Feb. 21, in Bethlehem, with the Eagles (12-5, 12-8) playing as the No 6 seed and Columbia (6-11, 7-12) the No. 11.

On Tuesday, Feb. 13, Jake Laclair led the Eagles with 18 points, including seven in the fourth quarter, while Branden Laclair had 14 and Erik Salo had an even dozen. Justin Barnes and Xavier Wakefield had seven each and Eric Signor and Patrick Ryan had five and four, respectively.

For Columbia, Cooper Zwanka had 18 and Jack Romer had 14 while Dylan Ouimette had nine and Liam Danaher had eight points.
