Shaker crew team hosts Learn to Row camps

LATHAM — The Shaker crew team is offering Learn to Row camps at the Corning Preserve in the months of June and July for children who will be entering grades seven through 12 this fall.

There are five week-long sessions, which run from 9 a.m. to noon: June 27 through July 1, July 5-8, July 11-15, July 18-22 and July 25-29. Campers may attend one or more sessions, which are led by current collegiate rowers. Children must have swim test certification.

The cost is $200 for the first week registered and $125 for any subsequent weeks. To register or for more information, email regsitrar Dawn Schaefer at [email protected] or visit www.shakercrew.org.
