A Colonie teenager was arrested by State Police on drug charges following a four-month undercover investigation, according to State Police reports.
Robert P. Maciong, 16, of 2 Sharon Drive in Colonie was arrested on Wednesday, May 2, and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (possession with intent to sell) and one count of criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, following the execution of an early morning search warrant at his residence, said police.
Police seized quantities of Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA or “Molly”), cocaine and marijuana, along with currency believed to be the proceeds of illegal narcotics sales, said police. The undercover investigation was conducted by the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Colonie Police Department.
