COLONIE – State Police arrested a 22-year-old Hudson man for allegedly raping a Siena College student.
A female student reported to officials she had been the victim of a forcible sexual assault on campus by a male known only to her by a first name.

State Police investigators and campus public safety investigated for two weeks before arresting Christopher Johnson in the Hudson area.
He was visiting a friend on campus but is not a student.
He is arraigned in Colonie Town Court on the felonies of rape in the first degree and forcible sexual assault.
He was remanded to the Albany County jail without bail.
