A five-vehicle chain reaction crash happened on Feura Bush Road at Elsmere Avenue in Glenmont around 5 p.m. Saturday, June 18.
Four cars – one reportedly operated by former Bethlehem Town Supervisor and current Deputy Commissioner of the state Department of Motor Vehicles Terri Egan – and one motorcycle were involved.
The motorcycle was crushed between two of the cars involved. The condition of the operator is unknown at this time.
This accident happens a week after one that took the life of Brendon G. Kristie, 42, of Delmar, in which a vehicle operated by Ashley Anne Jones of Second Avenue, Albany, turned in front of Kristie’s motorcycle when trying to make a left turn into the driveway of 452 Feura Bush Road, only one mile from today’s scene.
