State Police in Wilton arrested a Corinth man for grand larceny, forgery and identity theft, according to police reports.
State Police received a complaint of stolen funds in 2010 in regards to the larceny of an elderly man’s social security check and the investigation revealed that the victim’s social security check had been redirected to another account that had an ATM card associated with it and the ATM card had been used numerous times, according to police reports.
On Jan. 24, David G. Gardner, 44, of Corinth, was arrested for identity theft in the second degree, forgery in the second degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, all felonies. Gardner remanded to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $10,000.`
