First Night Saratoga is rapidly approaching and there are still volunteer slots that need to be filled. Volunteers work three-hour shifts–the first is 6 to 9 p.m. and the second is 9 to 11:40 p.m.–at one of 35 venues around downtown Saratoga. Volunteers are still needed for primarily the second shift and receive a free First Night Saratoga admission button, free poster and a light snack provided by Black Diamond Caterers.
Saratoga’s First Night has been around for 14 years and has grown to be the largest New Year’s Eve celebration in all of New York State, outside of Times Square. It’s presented by the YMCA of Saratoga.
New volunteers are requested to attend a one hour training session.
