Candidates for elected offices in the Town of Bethlehem have given verbal commitments to debate on Thursday, Oct. 29, at 7:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Town Hall, 445 Delaware Ave., Delmar.
Scheduled to participate are Democratic incumbent Supervisor Jack Cunningham and his challenger and sitting Town Board member Sam Messina, a member of the Independence Party who has received the Republican endorsement.
Republican Town Board candidates Fred DiMaggio and John Flanagan and Democrat candidates Kyle Kotary and Mark Jordan have also agreed to participate.
Democratic candidate for town clerk Nancy Moquin and Republican candidate Melanie Calzone will also be invited.
The debate is sponsored by the Albany County League of Women Voters and The Spotlight. The public is encouraged to bring questions for the candidates.
