R.A.D. for Seniors
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, May 2-27
A self-defense course through the Office of the Albany County District Attorney geared specifically to seniors. The 10-session program instructs participants in physical defense techniques and defensive strategies, all with an understanding of the specific concerns that are unique to seniors.
