COLONIE – A Mobile gas station at 1351 Central Ave. was robbed at gunpoint on Monday, April 16, at around 10:54 p.m.
According to Lt. Robert Winn, two suspects, each armed with a handgun, entered the store and demanded cash.
The clerk gave them money from the register and the suspects fled to a waiting vehicle.
The exact amount of money stolen is not known, pending an audit, but it is believed to be several hundred dollars.
There were not shots fired and no injuries reported.
One suspect is a black male who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a red bandana. He was armed with a black revolver.
The second has light skin and may be a female. That suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, a black bandana and armed with a black pistol.
The vehicle is a newer model, small four-door sedan.
