ALBANY — Jeffrey Flower, 41, of Colonie, was found guilty of two counts of first degree rape, one count of third degree rape and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by a jury in Albany County Court Thursday, Sept. 1.
Over the course of three years (2012-15), Flower raped a woman whom he knew, with some instances occurring before the victim was 17 years old. In an unrelated incident, he also attempted to see a 13-year-old girl he knew while she was showering.
Flower faces up to 50 years in state prison when he is sentenced on Oct. 26. He will also have to register as a sex offender upon his release.
