The New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs (Justice Center) located in Delmar at 161 Delaware Avenue across from the Delaware Plaza is the exact opposite from its name. This entity is a criminal enterprise, it is an Unjust Center for the Protection of Grossly Negligent Provider Agencies, Sexual Predators, Pedophiles, Rapists, Abusers, and those that Cause the Deaths of People with Disabilities and Mental Health Problems throughout New York State.
The top state court, the Court of Appeals ruled in March of 2021, as reported by the Spotlight Newspaper, that the Justice Center’s actions of bypassing county elected district attorneys have always been illegal. People need to know the truth, the Unjust Center has an agreement with providers and employees that commit heinous crimes to protect them, as documented in a state document called the Jane Lynch Affidavit. Miss Lynch is the former head of the Unjust Center under its old name, in her own words she explains their “coherent oversight scheme” and “carefully cultivated understanding” to conceal documents and evidence of crimes. According to state a federal law these agreements to Obstruct Justice are a Criminal Conspiracy.
As a well-known Civil Rights and Disability Rights Advocate, as well as Whistleblower, that lives in the town of Bethlehem, I have done everything possible for the last ten years to expose and shut down this illegally operating entity and to finally get all witnessed crimes to be reported to 911. The Unjust Center receives close to 8,000 calls to its abuse hotline for the disabled every month, most of which of which are felony criminal offenses per NYS Penal Law 260.25. The Unjust Center also receives between 11-13 deaths every single day on average to its separate death hotline. Almost everything is kept from local police, criminal investigations, county medical examiners and coroners, county elected district attorneys that are constitutionally responsible for prosecuting all crimes within their county, from the courts, judges, juries – purposefully kept from the entire criminal justice system. Think about the sheer magnitude and astronomical scope of these numbers and realize that most crimes occurring within this system will never be witnessed or reported, it is far worse than you can imagine.
The sole purpose of this Criminal Obstruction of Justice is that most crimes committed against people with disabilities cannot be prosecuted. A person with disabilities or mental health problems living outside of their family home cannot have ‘equal protection of laws’ when they are victims of crimes when the Unjust Center continues to Obstruct Justice and bypass 911 call systems all across New York State. The wide-scale Discrimination in Civil Rights must be stopped now – my 911 Civil Rights Bill is the answer. This is not about simply shining a light on these gross injustices and atrocities occurring here in town, it is about finally reforming an extremely dangerous and deadly mental health care system, ending decades of discrimination and saving countless lives. My precious 13-year-old son Jonathan died because he was denied immediate 911 services.
My 911 Civil Rights Bill will save countless lives and end the decades of horrific Discrimination in Civil Rights in which some of our most vulnerable New Yorkers have been treated as lower class people unworthy of 911 first responder medical and police services, unworthy of protecting their safety and lives, unworthy of their equal rights and equal protection of laws promised them in both the NYS and US Constitutions.
I have asked New York State Attorney General James, Sheriff Craig Apple, and the appropriate federal authorities to swiftly intervene. EMERGENCY actions are critical to stop the state and federal crimes being committed that ongoingly endanger the safety and lives of incompetent and physically disabled New Yorkers.
