State Police arrested a Town of Bethlehem man on Monday, July 1 for possession of child pornography.
State Police Investigators from the Latham Barracks took Anthony Scisci, 48, into custody at his place of employment, which was not released at this time, after they found child pornography on his electronic devices at his Glenmont home.
The arrest came after a joint investigation with the State Police Internet Crimes Bureau, the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
He is charged with the felonies of promoting the sexual performance of a child less than 17 and possessing the sexual performance by a child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Bethlehem Court and sent to the Albany County jail.
