GLENMONT — Jersey Mike’s Subs opens Wednesday, July 13, at the Glenmont Shopping Center, 380 Feura Bush Road.

From July 13 through Sunday, July 17, there will be a free sub fundraiser to support Bethlehem Central High School cross country and track and field teams. Five thousand coupons are circulating throughout the community, offering a free regular sub for a minimum $2 donation.

“Glenmont is a community that I always loved to visit and love doing business in,” said Jonathan Trager, franchise owner for the local Jersey Mike’s location, in a press release. “I am really looking forward to bringing the authentic fresh sliced dub sandwiches of Jersey Mike’s to this community … To be able to give back to a local high school team is exactly what Jersey Mike’s is about.”

Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations have raised nearly $18 million for local charities and distributed more than 1.5 million free subs to help numerous causes. The company’s 2016 Month of Giving raised more than $4 million for 180 charities throughout the country in March alone.

The Glenmont location is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, call 445-7827.
