BETHLEHEM — Bethlehem Police arrested Kenneth Albright, 24, of Feura Bush Friday, June 10, as a result of an ongoing burglary investigation.

In July 2015, police responded to a Delaware Avenue residence in reference to a reported burglary and secured evidence that was subsequently forwarded to the New York State Police crime lab for DNA analysis.

As a result of the investigation, Bethlehem Police said the DNA matched that of Albright, who was recently added to the DNA databank due to an unrelated conviction. Albright was charged with one felony count of burglary in the second degree and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

Albright was arraigned in Town of Bethlehem Court and remanded to Albany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to return to Town of Bethlehem Court on July 5.
