COLONIE — The Greater Loudonville Association kicked off the holiday season on Sunday, Nov. 25, with its annual tree lighting ceremony.
Sponsored by the Coldwell Banker, the evening’s event featured Christmas carols — this year led by the Shaker High School Select Choir — and refreshments at Loudon Green, the park at the intersection of Loudon and Menands roads.
Supervisor Paula Mahan, who with her granddaughter, did the official tree plugging in, and other elected state and town officials were in attendance.
