ALBANY – Empire State Plaza Events held the New York State Hops and Harvest Festival inside the convention center on Wednesday, Sept. 13. Visitors were able to take part in a pie eating contest, play corn hole and Jenga, and listen to music from Bees In The Barn, Sicard Hollow, and Yonder Mountain String Band.
