ALBANY — Music fans came by the thousands to this year’s Pearlpalooza in downtown Albany on Saturday, Sept. 15.
North Pearl Street was closed from the rest of the world as half a dozen of the best regional acts graced two, separate stages from the early afternoon into the evening. Opening the day’s music was Albany’s El Modernist, winners of WEQX’s Battle of the Bands two weeks ago. The lineup of acts also included Good Fiction, Kitten, The Greeting Committee, Caroline Rose and Superorganism.
