TROY – The Plimsouls teamed up with local favorite The Lawn Sausages on Sunday, Jan. 29 at the Hangar on the Hudson.
The Plimsouls are best known for their early-80’s hit “A Million Miles Away” and are currently playing reunion gigs billed as The Plimsouls Re-souled.
The Lawn Sausages biggest hit is probably “Smoke This Joe Bruno,” which was in response to the then state Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno allowing a ban on smoking in bars to come to a vote in his chamber and eventually become law.
