WATERFORD — Chrome Food & Spirits will shine bright on Friday, Dec. 16, as it welcomes critically acclaimed rock vocalist, songwriter and producer Tony Harnell with guitarist Andre “Virus” Karkos for a live performance at 8 p.m.
Best known as the lead vocalist for Norwegian hard rock band TNT, Harnell has a distinctive and powerful voice with a range and strength few others are able to achieve. Driven by his lifelong love of music, he has the ability to pull listeners in with his warm and honest approach and personality. According to his 2013 bio, hearing Harnell “live is anything but commercial; indeed, one leaves feeling as if they’ve been invited to a private affair and blessed by the voice of genius.”
Hairband Riot will open the concert with a rare acoustic set, followed by a special appearance by Moriah Formica.

ALBANY — Feld Entertainment’s newest ice spectacular, Disney on Ice presents “Dare to Dream,” skates into the Times Union Center in Albany Thursday, Dec. 15 through Sunday, Dec. 18.
Join Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald and Goofy as they follow four of Disney’s most inspirational princesses on their adventures to fulfill their dreams.
Audiences begin their magical, musical voyage in New Orleans celebrating the story of “The Princess and the Frog” with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen, and then escape into the enchanted forest with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The trip continues to Cinderella’s kingdom in her search for true love and follows Rapunzel as she discovers the world beyond her tower on her quest to see the floating lanterns. The Disney Princesses then come together for the first time on ice during the finale, to welcome Rapunzel into their royal court.
Individual ticket prices for non-premium performances (7 p.m. shows on Thursday, Dec. 15, Friday, Dec. 16, and Saturday, Dec. 17) range from $18 to $63 while those for premium performances (11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18) range from $23 to $78. All patrons ages two and older must have a ticket.
