TROY — The Black Violin concert scheduled for tonight, Oct. 6, at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m.
The group was in Miami Wednesday, Oct. 5, and could not travel to Troy in time for tonight’s performance because of preparations in advance of Hurricane Matthew hitting the state of Florida.
“We are looking forward to bringing Black Violin to Troy and the delay is unfortunate,” said Jon Elbaum, Executive Director of the Hall, “The artists and their crew are safe right now, which is the most important thing. Our ticket holders have been informed, and everyone is looking forward to seeing them in April.”
Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored at the April 20 concert. Those seeking refunds for their tickets may call the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Box Office at 273-0038.
