Not one, but two beer festivals are happening this coming weekend, leaving local connoisseurs much to be thankful.
Proctors is making a date of their Pink & Brew festival on Friday, June 12 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
You have The Man Cave, where one can sample from nearly 100 craft beers, hand-rolled cigars, grilled wursts and restaurant bites. There will be fitness challenges and a live blues band for entertainment.
On the other side of the coin, there’s the Designed for Divas section showcasing dance music, cocktails and food samplings. There’s chair massages, psychic readings, jewelry, clothing, hair designers, fitness tips and photo opportunities too.
There’s also the opportunity to wander to the other side too.
Tickets cost $30. Designated drivers get in half price, and can partake in non-alcoholic samples. For tickets call the box office at 346-6204.
On Saturday, the Saratoga County Fairgrounds hosts a fest that markets itself as upstate New York’s “biggest and best” craft beer festival.
