ALBANY — The Patroons won its home and season The National Basketball League opener in convincing fashion, by beating the Massachusetts Monarchs 134-99 on Friday, March 3.
Patroons guard AJ Mosby led all scorers with 39 points while Jared Sam had 20, Trevis Wyche had 18 and Victor Nickerson had 12.
Tony Gallo had 18 to lead the Monarchs.
The Patroons, under coach Will Brown, will play in Atlantic City on Sunday, March 6, to take on the Gambits and will return home to the Washington Avenue Armory on Friday, March 11 to host the Lehigh Valley Legends.
