COLONIE Christian Brothers Academy scored three times in the second period to pull away for a 7-4 Capital District High School Hockey League victory over Shaker/Colonie Friday, Jan. 22, at the Albany County Hockey Facility.
Owen Greene had two goals and two assists, and Peter Galica tallied twice for the Brothers in the battle of the two high school teams that call the county rink home. Goaltender Justin Bryar made 27 saves.
Mark Egan recorded two goals and an assist for the Jets. Zach Turnbull contributed a goal and two assists, and goaltender Ali Caruso stopped 20 shots.
