Schalmont girls soccer — Won its first state title in Class B by shutting out its final two opponents by a combined score of 8-0
Schalmont football — Won its third consecutive Section II Class B championship and reached the state semifinals
Mohonasen boys soccer — Earned its third Section II Class A title in the last four seasons by beating Queensbury 2-0 in the final
Scotia-Glenville boys basketball — Claimed the Section II Class A championship for the second time in the last three years
Niskayuna boys lacrosse — Won the Section II Class A title and reached the state semifinals
