BETHLEHEM — The Eagles scored eight runs in the third inning to rout Albany 14-2 on Friday, April 22.
Caden Bernardo led the Bethlehem offense, going 2 for 3 with four RBIs while Joe Monserrat went 2 for 3 with three RBIs. Matteo Cubello went 2 for 2 with two RBIs and Brendan Pajak went 2 for 3 with an RBI.
Ryan Johnston went four innings for the win, giving up two runs on five hits while striking out 10 and walking one. Kevin Mattis pitched an inning and struck out two.
Bethlehem (2-3 in conference play) will travel to Burnt Hills today and travel to Niskayuna on Wednesday, April 27.
