SPOTTED: Colonie girls bowling team loses nail biter to Schenectady

COLONIE — The girls bowling team lost a nail biter to Schenectady by a total pin count of 2,843 to 2,835 but were able to salvage two points by winning the first and second games.

Sage Rysedorph led the Garnet Raiders with a 651 triple and a high game of 237. Courtney Pickowitz had a triple of 611 (235,) Amy Chrzanowski had a 528 triple (212,) Harmony Bredice had a 409 (158,) Molly Rogers had a 328 (125,) and Lily Rogers had a 308 (111.)

Kiera Beehm led Schenectady with a 617 triple and a high game of 258.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19 the two teams rolled at their respective home lanes on Thursday, Jan. 21, and the scores were compared after the fact.
