Editor, The Spotlight:
One behalf of the members of Bethlehem Soccer Club board, I would like to thank everyone who participated in the 27th Bethlehem Soccer Tournament. We had over 300 volunteers working all day Saturday and Sunday to make this happen. The volunteers were directed by a very dedicated group of committee leaders, volunteer coordinator, tournament committee members and Board of Directors.
79 teams from New York and Vermont played on May 18 and 19. The Tournament was successful due to the contributions of the following business and organizations:
Bounce Alot; Robert Wright; Dunkin Donuts of Slingerlands; My Place Restaurant; Town of Bethlehem; Bethlehem Highway Department; Bethlehem Police Department; 4 Corners Luncheonette; American Legion; Colleen Piccolino of More than Memories Photography; CDYSL; Angela’s Pizza; Delmar Signs; and all the parents and members of the community who volunteered their time for the participants of the tournament.
