Teens and adults are welcome to join us on Thursday, August 15, at 6:30 p.m., to use your creativity and imagination to recycle/upcycle all manner of plastic bottles.

We will be creating bird feeders for use in your garden, or outside your kitchen window, or wherever you would like to hang it.  All materials will be provided. Please register.

Oreo Taste-test Challenge

Do you have what it…tastes? Join us on Thursday, August 22, at 6:30 p.m. for an hour long taste test.

You will participate in a blind taste test challenge by sampling a variety of Oreo cookie flavors, then vie for the coveted title of “Oreo Cookie Flavor Champ” by guessing what the flavors are. The one who gets the most answers correct wins! We will also rate the seasonal offerings to declare a “Best in Show”

Kindergarten readiness

Children entering kindergarten, and their parents, are invited to join us on Wednesday, August 21, at 6:30 p.m., for a fun-filled and educational evening where the soon-to-be-kindergarteners can hone their kindergarten-readiness skills at activity/learning centers.

Let’s celebrate this important and exciting milestone! Please register.
