What’s your favorite show on TV?
“Grease.” In high school, I choreographed our high school musical which was Grease. All of my high school friends at the time were in the show, along with my husband, Jim [pictured]. Each time it comes on we enjoy watching it.
What was the last movie you saw?
“Pitch Perfect.” Besides myself, neither my husband or kids can really hold a note, but we seem to enjoy sitting and watching together. We all have our favorite parts that we tend to fast forward to…
Could you describe what your dream vacation would be?
A vacation to Hawaii with my husband, Jim. We have been there four times together, with the first time being on our honeymoon. Between the people, weather and scenery, there isn’t a more beautiful place to go and relax.
What are some of your hobbies?
Presently, my main hobby is our wine and liquor store, “Cork and Bottle.” Learning about the thousands of different wines and spirits is fascinating. I also sing in the church choir, where a majority of the songs are sung in Armenian. It’s a hobby which allows me to relax and also learn about my heritage.
What would your last meal be?
We are a meat and potatoes family. Every Sunday we have a family sit down dinner consisting of steak, potatoes, salad and something green. With a husband, three sons, a daughter, a daughter in-law and guests that the kids may bring, our Sunday dinners are where we all catch up with one another.
Who is one person (dead or alive) that you would most like to meet?
Lucille Ball. Most nights, during my late teen and early adulthood, I would stay up to watch “The Lucille Ball Show.” Her wit and personality intrigued me in a way that’s difficult to explain.
