Right now I’m reading “Blood Feud,” by Ed Klein. I also recommend “Wins, Losses and Lessons” by Lou Holtz and “Summer in a Glass: The Coming of Age of Winemaking in the Finger Lakes” by Evan Dawson.
What are you watching on TV?
“Blacklist” and “Boardwalk Empire.”
Who is one person, dead or alive, you would like to meet, and why?
Ronald Reagan. I liked his optimism and sunny disposition in spite of his tremendous responsibilities.
What are some of your hobbies?
Gardening and golfing.
What is your dream vacation?
The whole family in Ocean City, Maryland.
What is your favorite local moment?
My daughter’s wedding at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
What three things would you bring with you to a desert island?
My wife, a good cigar, and a good bourbon. It doesn’t get any better than that.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Travel the world.
