A 38-year-old man allegedly attempted to forcibly touch inside the bathroom at a restaurant in Crossgates Mall on Friday afternoon, March 20, according to police. Guilderland police said Nathan D. Harrington, of 152 Fuller Road East in Bennington, Vt., approached an 11-year-old boy standing in front of a urinal in the bathroom at Dave & Buster’s. Harrington allegedly proceeded to put his arms around the boy and attempted to touch his private area, according to police. The boy then started screaming and kicking Harrington, who then left the area. An employee who assisted with the incident noticed Harrington return to D&B later that day.
Police arrested Harrington and charged him with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching, all misdemeanors. He is scheduled to appear in Guilderland Town Court Thursday, April 2. Harrington is employed at Tullio Hair Studio in Crossgates Mall, according to police.
