Albany police say an off-duty Coxsackie police officer pointed a loaded handgun at an acquaintance early Sunday morning.
Police arrested Kenneth Rosimini, 45, of Ravena, at about 3:45 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, after responding to a report of a man pulling a loaded handgun on North Pearl Street. Police said Rosimini had a loaded .380-caliber handgun in his back pocket, and said he menaced an acquaintance with the gun.
Rosimini was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and menacing in the second degree. He was arraigned on Monday morning in an Albany City Court and bail was set at $5,000.
