Niskayuna police on Monday, Aug. 13, revealed more information on an reported assault, which three teenagers were allegedly stabbed.
Police said the indecent allegedly occurred at the Becker Street neighborhood park, located off Central Avenue in Niskayuna, on Sunday, Aug. 12, around 11:30 p.m. Police withheld the identity of all individuals allegedly involved in the incident, but said everyone was younger than 20 years old.
The three stabbing victims were transported to area hospitals, police said, with injuries appearing not to be life threatening.
All individuals involved in the incident allegedly knew each other and the act was not random, according to police.
Detectives are continuing to follow up on leads in the ongoing investigation. Police said more information would be released once available.
