Three people were arrested after Guilderland police and the state Liquor Authority conducted a sale of alcohol investigation to underage patrons at eight local establishments within the town in June.
Arrested were:
Jame Roth, 28, of Albany employed by J.A. Prep Kitchen in Crossgates Mall
Jessica Szady,19, of Altamont employed at Tailgate Tavern on Western Avenue.
Christina Spizewski, 27, of Watervliet, employed by Hana Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar on Western Avenue.
All were charged with misdemeanor unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. They were released with appearance tickets to return to Guilderland Town Court at a later date.
