Two Saratoga County men were arrested on kidnapping and sex charges, according to police reports announcing the arrests on Friday, Nov. 11.
State Police in Clifton Park arrested Eric W. Loeser, 21, of Clifton Park, and Timothy M. Kaye, 30, of Malta, and charged them with one count of kidnapping in the first degree, a Class A felony, and one count of criminal sexual act in the first degree, a Class B felony, stemming from an incident that occurred during the summer of 2011 in Saratoga County, according to police reports.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information regarding Loeser and Kaye is asked to contact State Police at 383-8583.
