The Let’s Grow Together Sale is a family owned semi-annual children’s consignment sale conveniently located in Albany.
“A consignment sale is a win/win for everyone,” said Jennifer Grounds, spokesperson for the event. “Let’s face it, our children grow up so quickly, and shopping retail can be expensive.” In addition, families quickly run out of space in their homes, with all of the items kids outgrow, she said. “Our sale is an opportunity for local families to sell their new, or gently used, children’s items in a hassle and strees free environment. And, it is a chance for customer to find great deals on items and only pay a fraction of the retail price.”
As a consignor, Grounds said families have the advantage of making room in their home, while earning extra income. As a customer, “it is a fantastic opportunity to find tons of great deals on items their children want or need all in one spot,” she said.
Let’s Grow Together has a 15,000 square foot location packed with items that range from newborn to teen, and maternity too. “Out sale is set up like an organized department store,” said Grounds, “and it is conveniently organized by category, gender, and size, helping you find what you want without wasting precious time.
The Let’s Grow Together Sale will be at Afrim’s Sports, 636 Albany Shaer Road, in Colonie from May 1 to May 3. New consignors are accepted as long as spots are available. Early shopping events are planned for volunteers, consignors, new parents, and military personnel. Grounds said there are other great incentives for volunteers as well.
